As a Health and Wellness Coach, I feel a deep passion for supporting women who are navigating challenges related to self-care, body image, anxiety, and balance with food and movement. Together, we create a space where confidence can grow, self-acceptance can soften the inner dialogue, and healing can unfold at your own pace.
My goal is not to change who you are, but to help you reconnect with yourself—strengthening your mindset, honoring your lifestyle, and gently guiding you toward becoming the best version of you. My coaching style is warm, attentive, and intuitive. I lead with compassion, listen deeply, and speak from the heart, always honoring the integrity of the coaching relationship.
I was born and raised in Colombia, and I carry with me a deep appreciation for culture, connection, and the shared human experience. My journey has led me to serve and connect with communities in cities such as Mexico City and Panama, where my love for meaningful conversations and storytelling continues to grow.
